You must honour your shadow self so you can shine in the light. With the Raven as your guide, you can follow her into the elements of yourself that are ignored or even repressed and bring these fear based patterns into the light for healing. 

As you begin to rise beyond fear, you see yourself in a whole new light. There is a new inspiring strength that was not present before. It is freedom. It is your choice what you do with this new found freedom. When you resist, there is no difference. You remain controlled by old fear based patterns, but when you take personal responsibility and own it, that is when the magic happens. Your life will shift in magical ways because you are walking in your mastery, in alignment. 

You are 100% responsible for everything that comes into your life. 

Hard work is required, but you heal and you RISE! 

As you unlearn the illusions you have been conditioned to believe, transcend limiting attachments and trace memories you hold from all lifetimes before this one, you let go of these fear based patterns. You will grieve. It may be sad. You will experience a low because you are losing an aspect of yourself that you have once identified with. But, remember what you lose only comes back to you in a greater form. Join the dance – enjoy the remarkable journey of weaving the tapestry of your life. Embrace your deepest emotions as a sign of your humanness. 

As Buddha said, “this will also change.” Nothing is permanent. 

Accept the reality as it is for now. 

Feel all the feels because the grief are your biggest teachers. Grieving is simply your humanness trying to hold on to a pattern or attachment. Therefore, it is already gone. Be patient. You are integrating. You are healing. You are releasing what is no longer serving you at this time, your perception is shifting and your vibrational being is rising. 

You are moving from an insecure place to a more authentic, purposeful life where you are standing within your power.  

This is Ascension.
